This notice summarizes what data the Neural ITAD portal and the Recycla Field app process, why, and how it is protected.

Data we process
Name, email, and role of portal and app users; order and device data (serial numbers, photos, signatures, seals); the vehicle's location only while the driver has tracking turned on for a pickup; and access and security logs.
Why
To provide the disposition service, prove the chain of custody, issue certificates, and protect the platform. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
Location in the field app
The app records the vehicle's position, including in the background, only while a pickup is in transit and only if the driver turns it on. Tracking ends when the load is delivered or when it is stopped.
Where and for how long
Data is stored encrypted in the cell for the customer's market. Custody evidence is kept for as long as contracts and applicable rules require.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data by writing to us from the contact page. Custody evidence is immutable: a correction is added as a new record.
