How do I get access to the portal?
Register your organization in the portal. Once we approve the request, your organization's administrator invites the other users.
I lost my second authentication factor.
Ask your organization's administrator to reset your access from Users. For security, we do not reset factors by email.
The field app says "No signal". Do I lose the pickup?
No. The app stores everything on the phone and sends it when the connection returns, with the real time of each capture. Do not sign out while operations are pending.
How do I check a certificate?
Scan the certificate's QR code or use "Verify a certificate" on this site. You can also upload the PDF to confirm it has not been changed.
Can we sign in with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?
Yes. Your organization's administrator links the directory from Settings, and we approve it after verifying your domains.
